Job Description:

As a Workplace Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace. You will be responsible for managing various tasks and activities, including those related to the practical operations of the workplace and various portfolios in the Business Management team.

You will serve as an escalation point for staff and stakeholders, providing expert advice and recommendations on a range of enquiries and issues. This will involve utilizing multiple communication channels, managing incoming phone calls and monitoring the team's mailbox.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake research and analysis to provide advice on client enquiries
  • Support project-related work through collaborative efforts
  • Lead, coach and mentor staff on their work, where applicable
Working Arrangements:

Some roles may require site-based support, necessitating work onsite during business hours. These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations across the country.
