Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as an Infrastructure Operations Manager.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of civil maintenance operations. As an Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of civil works professionals in enhancing infrastructure assets across Sutherland Shire.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in civil maintenance practices, promoting efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective plans and strategies to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent) with extensive experience in leading a civil works team or significant experience in a leadership role.
  • A valid Class C Driver's Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
  • A proven track record in planning and executing workloads, both for yourself and your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Skill in using mobile technology and IT applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
