**Facility Operations Manager**:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the overall maintenance, safety and quality of council’s building asset portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with community goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a customer-centric culture.

**Position Overview**:
Key responsibilities include overseeing facility maintenance operations, coordinating resources and contractors, managing graffiti prevention programs, and fostering staff development to enhance service outcomes and employee satisfaction.
- Tertiary qualification in building construction, Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in managing building construction and maintenance operations at a senior level.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strategic relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and implement asset strategies and policies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in fostering team collaboration and performance.
- Local Government experience would be advantageous
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
