Clinical Educator Job Opportunity

As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful clinical and educational programs for our Residential Aged Care staff.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for evidence-based practice and the Aged Care Quality Standards to empower and educate our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs that equip our dedicated nursing staff with the knowledge and skills they need to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive education and training initiatives aligned with our values, policies, and best practices.
  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters continuous learning and growth for our staff.
  • Mentoring and coaching clinical and care staff, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and registration with AHPRA (or willing to re-register).
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and diverse teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
