Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical education and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective administration of our aesthetic portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute training plans for local regions, focusing on new accounts and healthcare professionals from chain clinics.
- Provide clinical education and training to ensure competence of healthcare professionals with our aesthetic portfolio, with a focus on new and intermediate indications.
- Lead and execute state-based Galderma Aesthetic Academy, clinical forums, and workshops with local and international doctors.
- Collaborate with the commercial sales team to provide clinical education, upskilling, and mentoring, including CEP development as requested by management.
- Create and deliver clinical education and curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns, guided by the clinical manager and aligned to marketing plans.
- Conduct clinical training and educational events to the required professional standards, ensuring compliance with national and state regulations, as well as Galderma policies and protocols.
- Div 1 Registered Nurse with previous experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics.
- Excellent patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care, and evaluation skills, with appropriate documentation.
