About Organisational Development

This role supports the design and development of innovative, effective, and sustainable people initiatives to contribute to organisational performance and employee engagement.

  • Design and build effective people programs that improve organisational capability while delivering constructive people experience in support of the People Strategy.
  • Facilitate various forums including workshops and professional development programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyse and identify organisational needs including proposing evidence-based people related interventions.
  • Design best practice approaches including communications and training interventions to support organisational development activities.

Key requirements include a tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management or related discipline, relevant experience, registration with relevant professional bodies/associations, and extensive experience in designing and implementing leadership programs.
