Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Business Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and proprietary customers.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on financial matters to support the growth and development of small businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business banking or retail banking, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lending principles, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building trust with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
