Centre Manager Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Manage production workflow to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Quality Control: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Leadership: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
