Overview

Our opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our Childcare Centre. Guiding and nurturing our children and team we know that you play a crucial role driving both educational outcomes and business success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre; guide and nurture children and staff; drive educational outcomes and business success; foster a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role within a childcare setting
  • Qualification: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Vision: A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational systems, and lead the Centre towards increased occupancy and success
  • Compliance: An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
