We work as one team to move Melbourne forward, and we're seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to join our Projects Finance & Commercial team. This individual will provide financial reporting management across various projects within the Franchise portfolio, assisting with month-end processes and preparation for finance reviews while maintaining high accuracy and detail.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field, preferably with CPA/CA certification. They will be skilled in preparing and collating financial information, proficient in Excel and business reporting tools, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple disciplines.

In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders across divisions to help understand, monitor, analyse, and report on financial performance. You will also play a key role in preparing and validating budgets, forecasts, and projections, including the consolidation of monthly results.

This is a 12-month max-term opportunity based in the CBD, offering a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and the ability to purchase up to 4 additional weeks of leave per year.
