Job Overview

Kennedy Reid is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Officer to join their team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data into the system and ensuring critical milestones are met.

The Role

  • Accurately input data into the system, working towards deadlines in an administration or project coordination role;
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Coordinate the dispatch of mailing and digital communication to stakeholders;
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties;
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility to work from home once trained (2 days per week);
  • Salary: $32.73/hour + Super.

About You

  • Previous experience working in data entry, preferably within financial services;
  • Strong typing skills, with ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly;
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize work effectively;
  • Computer literate with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills;
  • A team player with a friendly, personable nature.
