About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Business Development Manager to join our team at Halcyon Knights. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing team to create and implement effective sales enablement materials and programs for system integrators and consultant firms.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with top executives of system integrators and consultant firms, ensuring their engagement and commitment to promoting our managed services.
  • Train and Educate Partners: Provide training and education to system integrators on our managed services portfolio, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to engage our services.
  • Monitor and Analyze Market Trends: Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Track and Report Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on key metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and partner engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in indirect sales, preferably in the managed services industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets selling through system integrators and consultant firms, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an analytical mindset.

We offer a competitive salary of $130-$150K + super + commissions of 35% of base, career advancement and progression opportunities, and a chance to work with a dynamic and growing company.
