
Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support services.
The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental health needs, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of recovery-based practice.
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will work closely with service users, providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
You will also work collaboratively with other team members to develop and deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, and contribute to the development of our organization's mission to provide exceptional mental health services.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with recovery-based practice and trauma-informed care.
