
Mental Health Support Specialist

This role involves providing recovery-focused support to individuals with serious mental illness, using evidence-based approaches.
You will work across various settings, including homes and community spaces, to support consumers in their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities include delivering individualised support plans, engaging consumers in capacity-building activities, and navigating essential services such as NDIS applications and Centrelink payments.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the mental health or community services sector, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for recovery-oriented practice.
