Key Responsibilities:- Provide services as both a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach.
- Support individuals with psychosocial disabilities to live full and meaningful lives.
- Assist customers in taking control of their lives and managing daily challenges.
To succeed in this role, you will need to engage with mentoring as required, adapt to change constructively, and understand coordination of supports and recovery coaching under the NDIS. You will also need to share your lived or living experience of mental health challenges purposefully and intentionally with customers and staff.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in peer work or mental health (minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health).
- At least two years of experience in mental health-related work.
- Current Police Check, NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check.
- Valid NSW Driver's C class license, with the ability to drive vehicles including large cars and vans.
