Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize overstocking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Analyze inventory data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Provide expert guidance on inventory management best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external partners to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
