About the Role

Our team requires a leader who can drive operational efficiency, manage teams effectively, and foster a culture of customer obsession.

  • Finding ways to optimise the inventory process and support the team in achieving KPIs on safety, customer experience, cost, fulfilment and delivery
  • Being a people leader and guiding the team to better ways of working, developing them and driving a customer-focused culture across the site
  • Driving compliance across inbound pick and dispatch channels in key inventory management functions such as product range, recalls, damages and quality checks
  • Working cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive a customer-centric culture across the site and communicate improvement potential
About You and Your Skills

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic inventory leader with experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Essential skills include:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams in a complex workplace combining automated operations with labour-intensive workstreams
  • Experience driving operational efficiency using market-leading warehouse and inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, including multi-mode communications for different audiences
  • Experience developing people and helping them meet both their career goals and organisational goals
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to plan and deliver major change projects in a distribution centre environment
