Job Title:

Senior Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory levels, ensuring seamless operations across the business. This role will involve developing and enforcing best practices in stock management, audits, and reconciliation, while driving stock optimization and clearance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate regular stock reconciliations between SAP and 3PL ERP systems, including interface monitoring and error resolution.
  • Monitor current inventory levels and align booked stock at distribution centers against purchase orders.
  • Investigate discrepancies in cycle count reports and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage regular stock adjustments and inventory movements to correct SAP category locations.
  • Deliver detailed stock snapshot analyses and discrepancy fixes.
  • Support Finance during internal and external inventory audits.
  • Oversee Reverse Logistics inventory, including returns from stores, wholesale customers, and store-to-store transfers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Warehousing and Distribution operations.
  • Expertise in goods flow from DC to customers/consumers and reverse logistics.
  • Solid background in Inventory Management and analysis.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across functions.

  • Post-graduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Inventory Control within Supply Chain and Retail Operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/SAP, and WMS.
  • Skilled in communication, presentation, and problem solving.
