Job Opportunity

The People Team is an enabling function that offers end-to-end people partnering support and services. It delivers human capital management, organisational development, employee engagement, reporting, change management and projects.

We are seeking a creative leader to oversee the Arts Wellbeing Collective, a program promoting positive mental health and cultural change in the performing arts industry.

The role involves leading strategic design, delivery and evaluation of complex programs with multiple stakeholders, comprising hundreds of arts and cultural organisations working together to prevent mental health issues.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Significant experience leading complex programs, projects and events.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills and high-level communication and presentation skills.
