Video Game Artist Opportunity
">Are you a skilled artist looking to make a meaningful impact in the gaming industry? We are seeking an experienced Lead Artist - World Builder to join our team of talented individuals who share a passion for creating immersive and engaging experiences.
As a Senior Artist with outsourcing experience, you will play a key role in helping us deliver high-quality art assets that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with other artists, designers, and engineers to ensure consistency between vision and implementation of art assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, guiding, and reviewing outsourced artwork
- Creating and reviewing exceptional assets within defined technical limitations
- Working with internal and external artists to ensure consistency between vision and implementation of art assets
- Supervising and mentoring junior artists on the team
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to other team members
Requirements:
- 7+ years of industry experience creating high-quality 3D art assets for AAA games
- Strong demonstrable artistic skills
- Proficient in next-gen asset creation
- Demonstrable asset tracking and general organisational skills
- Proficient with industry standard tools like Maya, 3DMax, Substance Painter, and Photoshop
