End User Computing Leadership Opportunity
As a seasoned leader in End User Computing, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of our EUC services across Australia, India, and Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to lead a distributed team, manage a large fleet of endpoints, and ensure seamless end-user services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a geographically diverse team of EUC professionals.
- Manage the lifecycle of 10,000+ endpoints, including deployment and decommissioning.
- Oversee patch management, compliance, and asset lifecycle management.
- Drive smooth operations across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, iOS, and Android.
- Manage large mobile and Apple/iOS fleets, as well as RF scanners and printing infrastructure.
- Drive ServiceNow processes across incidents, problems, and changes.
- Partner with stakeholders to align EUC services with business needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in senior EUC leadership, managing 10k+ devices at enterprise scale or close to this scale.
- Retail, logistics, FMCG or similar industry experience would be an advantage.
- Technical expertise across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jamf.
- Proven experience with Apple/iOS and Android mobile fleets.
- Strong knowledge of patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience leading teams across multiple geographies/time zones.
- Resilient leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
