Executive Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a senior client service professional to support our financial planning team.


In this role, you will oversee the entire client service process, from initial contact through ongoing service and relationship development. You will work closely with our financial advisers to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and experience a seamless transition through our advice operations.



About the Role

This position requires a high level of insurance knowledge and experience, particularly in life, TPD, trauma, income protection, and business insurance. You should also have strong knowledge of financial planning processes, platforms, and industry compliance requirements.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service requirements
  • Prepare and process Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and fee consent documentation
  • Implement SOAs accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with product providers and follow up on applications, transfers, and rollovers
  • Maintain accurate client records in XPLAN, ensuring compliance obligations are met
  • Support advisers with SOA preparation and client review implementation
  • Assist with workflow management and provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members


About You
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Client Service/Client Relationship role within Financial Planning
  • A high level of insurance knowledge and experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, platforms, and industry compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in XPLAN (essential)
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build strong client and adviser relationships
  • A team player who can also take initiative and work independently
