Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Adviser Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and accounting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for supporting the financial planner and providing holistic advice to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing client portfolio reviews and developing relationships to ensure client queries are answered;
- Processing new client packs, including conducting analysis on client's superannuation/investments;
- Delivering detailed responses based on a thorough understanding of client portfolios;
- Preparing all advice documents, including fee disclosure statements and ongoing service agreements;
- Completing ad-hoc tasks and working on best practice strategies.
Requirements:
- 12+ months experience in the Financial Planning Industry;
- Implementation of advice and experience with financial planning software;
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills.
