**Job Overview:**

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker CMF products to meet our customers' needs.

**Responsibilities Include:
  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker CMF products to meet customer needs.
  • Support customers and become a product expert to provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting.
  • Plan territory and track progress, proactively communicating findings with Regional Manager.
  • Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of products.
**Key Qualifications:
  • Passion for sales, relationship building and healthcare/medical industry.
  • Previous sales experience required; ideally within healthcare industry although not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in sales capacity.
  • Self-starter, able to work with autonomy and thrive on challenge.
  • Highly organized and demonstrated ability to manage busy schedule and competing priorities.
  • Passion for learning and self development.
