Job Title:

Ambitious Marketing Professional Sought for Field Systems Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key dealers in targeted regions, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Cultivate and allocate marketing development funds to support the growth of assigned territories.
  • Educate dealers on available marketing resources and campaigns, providing guidance on advanced go-to-market strategies.
  • Support dealers in developing and executing their marketing plans, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an indirect sales channel or account management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with a variety of MarTech tools, including marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (SFDC), is highly desirable.
  • The ability to travel regularly, up to 1-2 weeks per quarter, is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the geospatial, civil construction, or building/construction industries would be highly valued.
  • A curious and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to observe and identify patterns that drive insights and trends.
  • Diplomatic skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and encourage others to support your efforts.
  • Determination and perseverance in achieving challenging goals, despite obstacles and setbacks.
