Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our credit management efforts. As Senior Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring our loan book, ensuring that all financial agreements are met and reporting on any potential risks.

Your key responsibilities will include structuring credit letters and term sheets, as well as liaising with stakeholders regarding recovery actions. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities and implement strategies that drive growth and mitigate risk.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a credit risk or real estate lending role is essential, preferably from a non-bank lender.

You will also need to have a deep understanding of construction finance, a strong track record of recent credit review responsibilities, and the ability to assess deals in the property sector.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
