High-Performance HVAC Technician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled HVAC professional with expertise in warranty-related work to enhance our team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Replace defective components and parts under warranty, guaranteeing proper functionality and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed logs of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of warranty-related tasks.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment, to promote safety and productivity.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC technician with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced trouble-shooting abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a spotless driving record.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs with ease.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • EPA certification is mandatory; additional certifications or licenses may be beneficial.
