Join Our Team as a Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs and ensuring the well-being and safety of our children.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. You will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, observing and informing teaching practices, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to achieve better outcomes for our children.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
