About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart West Kempsey. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our children. You will work closely with our experienced educators to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

With a strong focus on child-centered learning, you will work collaboratively with our center leadership team to ensure that our programs are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current New South Wales Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
