About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart West Kempsey. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children, guiding their growth and development, and fostering a love of learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support the learning and development of our children
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement educational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture that values diversity, equity, and social justice
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current New South Wales Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
