About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart West Kempsey. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring a love of learning in children, guiding their growth with engaging and purposeful teaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that lead to exceptional outcomes for our children.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a deep sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our center leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
  • Work collaboratively with our passionate team of educators to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for our children, fostering their growth and development in a meaningful and engaging way.
About Goodstart West Kempsey

Goodstart West Kempsey is a vibrant and inclusive early learning center that proudly honors the Dunghutti People as the Traditional Custodians of our land. Our commitment to reconciliation shines through our published Reconciliation Action Plan on the Narragunnawali platform.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current New South Wales Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
