Job Title: Allocator

**Role Overview:**

This role involves allocating trucks with live material to various customers on sites, maximizing efficiency and utilization of transport vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize software packages to manage COR, Safety Regulations, rostering and truck movements.
  • Provide customer service to plants and external customers.
  • Allocation of loads ensuring that material is being scheduled and delivered in accordance with COR and safety regulations.
  • Assist the customer service team as required.
  • Perform related administrative duties.

**Requirements:**

  • Able to prioritize work effectively in an environment of change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Sound geographical knowledge of metropolitan and surrounding suburbs.
  • Proficient when working with computers and various software packages.
