Strategic Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives and achieve set objectives in terms of customer acquisition, growth, and retention.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support lead generation opportunities and customer management by managing customer journeys and drip campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with current market trends and predicting future trends to inform digital campaigns and communications
  • Maintaining and updating the timeline and status of digital campaigns to ensure optimal performance
  • Becoming a gatekeeper of data management, including data segmentation, data cleansing, and lead scoring
  • Managing data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive business decisions
  • Analysing digital campaign data and generating comprehensive reports on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Reviewing analytics to identify strategies and opportunities to drive digital traffic to the company's website

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with:

  • 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing execution - SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, and social media
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and web analysis tools, with the ability to summarise key data to improve customers' engagement and conversion
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams
