The Head of Branch Operations will oversee and coordinate national branch operations to ensure efficient, timely delivery of vehicles to end-user clients.
This role is responsible for driving productivity, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all locations. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and multi-site management experience, with a proven track record of increasing productivity and driving continuous improvement in logistics or vehicle delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support branch teams to meet delivery targets, productivity benchmarks, and cost objectives
- Develop and implement streamlined operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to optimize delivery scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication
- Monitor performance metrics, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Foster a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards
- Oversee short- and long-term resource planning to ensure optimal workflow and outputs
- Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing strategic direction and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and multi-site operational management experience
- Proven ability to increase productivity and drive continuous improvement in logistics or vehicle delivery environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven excellence in customer service leadership; car rental or automotive industry experience advantageous
