Job Description:

As an Academic Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our early learning centres. Your expertise in curriculum development and implementation will drive student growth and achievement.

About the Role

  • Elevate teaching standards through mentoring and guidance, ensuring educators meet high expectations for curriculum delivery and documentation.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment by engaging children with activities tailored to their age groups and developmental stages.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to support diverse learning needs, leveraging your understanding of early years theories to drive educational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators to implement the 'Image of Child' approach, promoting holistic child development.
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming centre environment, ensuring each room is immaculately presented.

Required Qualifications:

  • A current Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, as approved by ACECQA.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check.
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid certifications, or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Child Protection Training, or a willingness to complete it.
