Sales Growth Specialist

Mondrian Gold Coast is a luxury lifestyle precinct that embodies innovation and creativity. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring the resort's continued success and market presence.
- Promote Mondrian Gold Coast's luxury accommodations, F&B offerings, and services to corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on group bookings and corporate accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific needs and preferences of prospective clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within luxury resorts/hotels or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Opera PMS and Sales systems such as ANAIS, Cvent, and Delphi is highly desirable.
- Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
