E-Commerce Strategist

TalentD Recruitment is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Strategist to join our team as a Client Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, developing strategies to enhance client brand growth and customer engagement, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

• Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to enhance client brand growth and customer engagement.
• Advertising Support: Assist with advertising on platforms like Meta and Google.
• Email Marketing: Optimize email marketing setups and campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze and optimize campaigns.
• Website Optimization: Work with teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Store Launch: Support the launch and management of new e-commerce brands.
• Shopify Audits: Conduct audits and implement performance improvements.
• Project Coordination: Manage client projects and collaborate with internal teams.

• Proven experience in e-commerce client management.
• Strong background in digital marketing and Shopify.
• Proficient with email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
• Skilled in data analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Full-time availability in Australian Eastern Standard Time with daily 8am AEST meetings.
