The ideal candidate will be an expert in bra product and fit, able to diagnose fit issues, sell bra wardrobes and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive total bra sales. As a Bra Specialist, you will promote an "I am Best at Bras" culture by inspiring, supporting and mentoring peers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive bra sales and growth by personally selling to customers and providing expert-level product and fit knowledge.
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively to deliver emotionally engaging customer experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest bra trends and styles.
  • Assist in training of new sales associates and serve as a shadow partner to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Take initiative to understand the bra business and offer suggestions on how the store can drive bra growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous bra fitting experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer's expectations and demonstrates empathy and sensitivity.
  • Has a healthy, competitive spirit, while maintaining a team focus and seeking out coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity.
