Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our sites.
The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Liaise with clients and cleaning teams to ensure seamless site operations
- Cover missed shifts and collaborate with the team as required
- Manage staff rosters, leave, and coverage for absent staff members
- Provide accurate information to administration to facilitate timely payment of staff according to relevant awards
- Conduct regular cleaning inspections and report outcomes to clients
- Implement proactive measures to prevent non-compliance and identify potential issues related to site operations
- E nsure that safe working practices are upheld and equipment is maintained in good operating condition
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pride in your workmanship
- Effective communication skills
- Australian working rights
- A current Police check report
- First Aid training (desired)
This position demands:
- Strong supervisory skills encompassing staff and operational standards
- Excellent communication and consultation abilities
- Proficiency in inspection and audit processes
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Basic computer skills utilizing company systems and reporting tools
- Detailed knowledge of Quality, Environment, and WHS frameworks
- Hazard identification and risk assessment expertise
- Familiarity with roster management, scheduling, and Industry Awards
