Site Operations Manager

Dubbo Region is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of all our critical buildings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a site while learning from experienced professionals and stepping into a clear path for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Site Operations:
- Ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to client business operations.
- Attend to FM OPEX Works:
- Affecting building operation works.
- Manage Budget and Cost Expenditure:
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance works at nominated sites, in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Implement Asset Management:
- Monitor and capture preventative maintenance services, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety guidelines/legislative requirements and site asset requirements.
- Conduct Property Condition Audits:
- As per contract requirements.
- Identify and Implement Cost Saves:
- And best practices.
- Ensure Safety Measures and Systems:
- Are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, compliance, and customer safety requirements.
- Identify Hazards and Conduct Risk Assessments:
- For tasks associated with works.
- Drive Engagement and Collaboration:
- Through regular stakeholder meetings and shared learnings.
- Effectively Manage Client Relationships:
- Focusing on client experience.
- Manage Financial Performance:
- Of the portfolio.
- Proven experience in facilities management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
