Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead site activities on various projects across the region.
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as you will be responsible for overseeing a range of tasks to guarantee project success.
- Scheduling, planning, and forecasting all technical activities on site to ensure efficient execution.
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors during the planning, construction, and completion phases of projects, ensuring seamless integration.
- Managing project documentation, maintaining up-to-date records and information.
- Contributing technical expertise to detailing and problem-solving, tackling challenges with confidence and skill.
- Interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures.
- Monitoring technical implementation, testing, and quality control on site, adhering to the highest standards.
- Assisting in the coordination and management of trades, working in conjunction with other team members to achieve smooth operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a site-based role (Cadetship, Graduate Program, or similar experience)
- Experience working with concrete and structural steel structures
- Construction White Card
- Familiarity with systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
