Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead business growth in the Beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with buying teams and senior management to drive results for both parties.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and merchandising assets to deliver results.
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely communication of information.
  • Lead cross-functional, customer-focused account plans and identify tactics with agreed timelines and target goals.
  • Drive new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns to increase distribution and sales velocity.
Experience Requirements:
  • Experience managing key accounts is required.
  • Beauty/Cosmetics experience is preferred.
  • Leadership skills and ability to interface internally and externally are essential.
