Il Lago Italian restaurants in Shellharbour and Wollongong are seeking a full-time Human Resource Advisor and Office Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who can lead HR operations and office administration with consistency, integrity, and a passion for people and process excellence.

What You Will Do
- Leading end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy enforcement **Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals** Overseeing office administration, daily operations, and coordination between departments **Developing and maintaining organisational charts, job descriptions, and employee handbooks** Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with fair work regulations and WHS standards **Supporting employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture** Coordinating meetings, scheduling, office supplies, and communications with vendors **Supervising administrative staff and supporting senior leadership in organisational planning**

About You
- Experienced: Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a human resource management role, ideally within a fast-paced or hospitality-based environment **Qualified: Holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as Business, HR, or Management** Skilled Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills **Organised & Efficient: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and streamline office workflows** Technically Capable: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems **Reliable & Committed: Self-motivated, trustworthy, and ready to contribute to a growing team**

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
