Job Title: Barista

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages to our discerning guests.
  • Assist guests with menu options and dietary requirements, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your station and service areas, adhering to our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service, exceeding our guests' expectations.
  • Ensure orders are written clearly and correctly for the kitchen and cashier, minimizing errors.
Requirements:
  • A passionate barista with a customer-focused attitude, committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in a busy café or restaurant environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Completed Food Safety Handler Course, ensuring our guests' safety and well-being.
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, adhering to our responsible service standards.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating your adaptability.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, showcasing your leadership skills.
