Barista Opportunity at Perigon Group

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our in-house cafe at Perigon Group. As a Corporate Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead coffee preparation, sales, and ordering to meet customer demands.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our coffee offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality coffee service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Provide waiter service for meetings and events, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to share responsibilities and ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and exceptional organization skills.
  • Strong client focus, with diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Skilled at planning workload to ensure timely service.
  • Accurate in maintaining profit and loss records.
  • Presentation of self, adhering to dress standards.
