Barista Opportunity at Perigon Group

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our in-house cafe at Perigon Group. As a Corporate Barista, you will be responsible for leading our coffee preparation, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead coffee preparation and sales, ensuring high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee cafe communications, manage documentation, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Assist the Client Services and Facilities Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Provide waiter service for meetings and events, ensuring seamless operations during busy times.
  • Collaborate with team members to share responsibilities and ensure seamless operations during peak periods and absences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Punctual, dependable, and exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong client focus, demonstrating diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Skilled at planning your workload to ensure timely service for customers.
  • Accurate in maintaining profit and loss records.
  • Presentation of self is impeccable, adhering to dress standards.
