Job Overview

This role focuses on promoting IT solutions and optimizing workflow across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide training, support installation of IT systems, maximize utilization, monitor installed systems & assist with technical issues. This position is part of the customer support team located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of IT sales & installation base in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Identify & manage key projects in collaboration with sales & service team to promote IT connectivity solutions.
  • Provide technical IT support & troubleshooting existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers to other Information Systems.
  • Analyze customer's IT infrastructure and provide required support related to installation and operation of Radiometer IT systems.
  • Impart training to internal team as well as external customers.
  • Keep monitoring all IT installed systems and maintain them connected & working.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have 5+ years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience is also required. Additionally, experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals is essential.

Travel & Physical Requirements

The position requires ability to travel up to 20% across ANZ and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.'],
