An exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and visionary individual to lead our Consumer Connections team at Asahi Beverages. As a creative in-house agency, we take immense pride in our ability to deliver marketing excellence and drive commercial success for our valued brands.

The team comprises of approximately 60 talented professionals who are experts in Consumer Data, Analytics, Digital and Connections, Creative & Content, Media and Operations - all working cohesively to achieve outstanding results. As the leader of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on 26 different brands, overseeing our social media end to end internally to inspire and guide, utilising your extensive commercial and creative experience to achieve outstanding results.

Other **Key Responsibilities **Include
- Deliver the 3-year Consumer Connections strategy and roadmap, embedding new and existing capability
- Develop integrated communications and consumer connection strategies for brands
- Oversee the roadmap and business case for the Consumer MarTech stack, providing strategic guidance on the most effective technology platforms
- Lead and drive the portfolio media strategy, budget and investment principles
- Lead the Consumer Data Strategy, enabling acquisition, generation and utilisation of 1st party data
- Develop sophisticated segmentation and audience strategies leveraging owned and third-party data
- Lead digital marketing transformation, shifting from digital complacency to the active pursuit of digital excellence
- Maintain effective management of total Consumer Connections budget, partnering with Sponsorship & Media team to deliver on overall growth targets and P&L

Your consumer centric mindset and demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders to create shared vision, will inspire collaboration and drive change with momentum. You have strong leadership skills to lead the team and influence across 3 business units.

In addition you:

- Are a deep expert in Agency, how we work with, how we achieve best results, how we utilise them as true business partners
- Have significant commercial/business experience leading large teams
- Have experience in integrated marketing, data & analytics techniques, consumer strategy, and human-centered design methodologies
- Act with strategic influence to affect positive change within a large organisation, and have the ability to synthesize and execute against complex problems acting with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Are innovative in your thinking in all aspects of the marketing services offer, how to engage with core functions within the alcohol and non-alcohol businesses
- Have the ability to develop a clear and compelling vision to influence senior stakeholders
