Job Title: Digital Connections StrategistYour Impact

We are seeking a seasoned digital strategist to drive impactful strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Our agency focuses on leveraging traditional and innovative platforms to boost brand presence, engage with our audience, and foster meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer connection strategies amplifying brand awareness, engagement, and driving commercial results across all digital channels.
  • Lead an integrated marketing team to create cohesive and impactful campaigns addressing consumer needs and leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Data & Technology teams to optimize audience targeting and personalization strategies, enhancing CRM and digital product ecosystems.
  • Partner with external agencies to drive a unified approach across customer journeys, media ecosystems, and digital programs.
  • Provide strategic input into measurement frameworks and KPIs, maximizing ROI and driving digital marketing performance through test-and-learn initiatives.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital and media trends, offering thought leadership and championing innovative solutions enhancing the consumer journey.
About You
  • 8+ years of experience in media strategy with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes and performance.
  • Deep expertise in campaign planning across paid, owned, and earned media, with strong knowledge of MarTech platforms and audience segmentation techniques.
  • Proven skills in data analytics, consumer strategy, and using tools like Salesforce, CDP, and Google Business Manager.
  • Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, synthesizing complex information and communicating it effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with adaptability, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative problem-solver with a consumer-centric mindset and commitment to innovation.
