Job Description:
As a Trade Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for builders and site supervisors, delivering exceptional customer service and playing a pivotal role in driving business success.
About the Role:
Our Trade Centres provide a unique solution for commercial customers, offering a 'whole of build' approach to project management. We stock a curated selection of core building lines, enabling our customers to manage their projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers
- Prepare detailed quotes for site supervisors and estimators
- Assist with customer inquiries over the phone
- Communicate effectively with sales teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- In-depth knowledge of building products and construction processes
- Strong computer literacy skills
